In our last summary, we were warning you that, although things looked very quiet, il was unlikely to remain so much longer.

And, as expected, we heard from GDE recently. Early in April, they handed in at the Préfecture a new, amended file.

So, we're back to where we were eight months ago. By the end of May / early June, we should know whether the file meets the legal requirements to be put to public enquiry.

If so, when will the public enquiry be held ? Before or after the summer ?

WE MUST BE ON THE ALERT, SPREAD THE WORD ROUND TO OUR FRIENDS AND RELATIONS. PLEASE, MAKE SURE EVERYONE AROUND YOU IS AWARE OF THE LATEST DEVELOPMENT.

On a different note, you might like to join our second walk around the Ellé, which is scheduled on Thursday 13 May. This time, our circuit willtake us around Rosterc'h, Cohignac, Cornan, etc..., starting from the Salle Polyvalente at 10.00, having a picnic on the way (bring your own) and getting back to the Salle Polyvalente for coffee, tea and biscuits around 17.00. As for the first walk, we'll be accompanied by donkeys. They were a tremendous success !!
